Urologists are inevitably exposed to ionizing radiation for the length of their professional career due medical practices in field. However, awareness with regard safe and use protective gear frequently inadequate. Several studies have confirmed potential long-term adverse effects exposure upon patients personnel. All urologists, therefore, need a thorough understanding physics, effects, safety issues, measures associated practices. This will serve as foundation optimal utilization
